Shipping policy

Shipment Time: We will process and ship your order within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation. 

Delivery methods and time: We offer multiple delivery methods, including standard delivery and expedited delivery. Standard delivery is expected to take 10 to 20 working days, while expedited delivery is expected to take 7 to 15 working days. 

Order tracking: After shipment, we will send you the tracking number and link via email. You can check the logistics status of your package in real time through the link. 

Delivery Restrictions: Due to transportation regulations, we are unable to ship to certain areas (such as remote and unsafe regions), or deliver specific products internationally. Please carefully confirm that your delivery address is within the delivery range before placing an order. 

Delivery change: Please contact us promptly if the delivery information is filled in incorrectly. The cost of any resulting delivery changes will be adjusted on the basis of the paid shipping fee, with any excess refunded and any shortage paid. 

Shipping Information: The product price and delivery are separate. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
