Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. 

Returns must meet the following conditions: Your item must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unworn, with labels and original packaging intact.  You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.  We do not accept items returned without prior return request.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or shipping errors, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue. 

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of products are non-returnable, including perishables (e.g., food, flowers or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products).  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gaseous products.  If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us. 

We do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

The fastest way to obtain the desired product is to return it and purchase a new item when the return is accepted. 

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the aforementioned regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return them within 14 days without any reason.  As stated above, the goods must remain in their original condition upon receipt, unused or unworn, with labels attached and in their original packaging.  You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned items to confirm whether the refund is approved.  If approved, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and transfer the refund.
